Lenee'

As the head cheer coach and spirit program director at the University of Akron, Kent State University, and The Ohio State University Lenee' developed all three Universities into a full spirit program. Implementing a dance team and growing the mascot program. At Kent State she started the All-Girl Program as well,  developed each program into Nationally Ranked programs. Kent State had never competed prior to her coaching. Brutus Buckeye qualified and placed in the top 10 for the first time in the history of the program under Lenee's direction.

Her role in all of this was to establish guidelines, create the program, set standards and constitutions to abide by.  Developed fundraising events to help pay for development of the programs. At the University of Akron and Kent State she fund raised with the help of the student athletes approximately $500,000 every year. At The Ohio State University she fund raised and created endowment and donor dollars reaching close to a million dollars. She helped develop an advisory board for the work done at The Ohio State University.

Lenee' worked with University Development, The President’s office, Athletic Administration, and Alumni at all three Universities and developed relationships with key donors and supporting programs at all Universities.

The Outcome was success at every level and very well respected programs in the State of Ohio.
